COVID-19 SAFETY
To maximize safety, social distancing and minimize contact:
- Masks are required except when running/racing, eating/drinking or while you are at your seat for the concert.
- PLEASE CARRY YOUR MASK WHEN RACING and use it when you pass within 6ft of another racer and when looking at the results kiosk, getting your post race beverage etc.
- All registration will be done online, no onsite registration.
- All people will be counted in and out of the race and music area to ensure we do not exceed capacity.
- For packet pick up and timing, we will set up the clear tent walls on the top half of the wall area to separate volunteers from racers. We will just leave a 6” gap above the table so that volunteers can slide the bib through the slot like a bank teller.
- We will set cones out to space out the packet pick up line every 6 feet.
- Rolling start from 7:00pm-7:45pm with scheduled start windows. Once racers have a bib, they can proceed to the start and begin their race.
- We will not have race food service. Food can be purchased from the restaurant which is set up to follow all OHA and CDC regulations for serving.
- There are no shirts or medals, minimizing contact, waste and cost.
- We will use water bottles for finishers that they can grab off a table. No contact.
- Hand sanitizer will be plentiful.
- 6ft spacing will be enforced.
- Results will be scrolled on monitors with a single station manned by the timer to pull up an individual’s results if needed.
